Security
Is a Big Issue
We maintain the most stringent standards of data and document security.
All database application software files are backed up off-site. Firewalls
are in place for the safe and secure transfer of data-both from clients
to us and between our locations. Data can be encrypted prior to transmission.
Our
facilities are designed to comply with the special requirements of clients
who require the highest level of security. Financial institutions can
transmit data on dedicated T-1 lines. Magnetically encoded ID cards
limit employee access to specific areas of the building and video cameras
are installed in the server room and above all points of entry and exit.
Work stations have had their hard drives and floppy disks disabled,
eliminating the possibility of downloading confidential data.
